I am currently in Ethiopia training over 700 church planters from around the country. These 700+ Ethiopian leaders are each responsible to coach 10 other local church planters who live in various villages throughout the country. They have received leadership coaching and vision for how to do ministry in their context. My session was on how they can gather information on where existing churches are located so that they can seek to minister in the places where the Gospel has not reached.
