At the entrance to Manila Bay just off the coast of the Philippines sits the small island of Corregidor. This is where General MacArthur coordinated the US Forces during WWII. The USA invested millions of dollars, countless man-hours of logistics, and hundreds of soldiers lives to protect the Philippines from the Japanese.
After touring this island yesterday, I was struck by the cost of freedom and the dedication of those who were willing to die to protect others. About 50 technology leaders and software developers from Campus Crusade for Christ ministries around the world are gathered to help accelerate the work of our staff and volunteers in our shared mission of proclaiming freedom in Christ.
We are building into technology leaders so systems function and greater numbers of people can come to Christ. Already a number of projects are underway, with several more beings=discussed.
