Fueled by candy, soda, and meat (apparently a staple food group in South Africa), 13 software developers worked long hours during our annual Global Technology Leaders conference to deliver the beta version of a next generation mobile measurements application. This app and the systems behind it represents a significant enhancement to the way our ministry will collect measurements and lead with information. This is used by our staff and volunteers around the world to record their ministry activity.
Additionally, we had 25 leaders from around the world who give leadership to the technology needs in their areas. As you can see from the photo, many work in areas f the world that prevent us from showing their pictures. The strong calling on each person’s life to provide strategic support to the work of proclaiming the Gospel was clearly evident in the way they serve their area of the world.
