In October Amy had the chance to help at a Jesus film executive briefing conference in Monterey California. While there she met and heard from ccc’s new national director in South Africa, Elspeth Liebenberg. Elspeth, Campus Crusade’s first female national director, told Amy that her goal in SA is to reach everyone, regardless of their color or background. She is a real champion of the Magdalena film (Amy is on the Magdalena team) and shared about how God is using that film to reach communities for Christ. During a time of vulnerability she also talked about the loneliness she experiences as a widow and empty nester. Please pray for this strong and Godly leader, that she would have wisdom in her role and that the Lord would continue to meet all of her needs, physical, spiritual and emotional.
