Audrey graduated from The Master’s Academy High School on May 27, 2016.
Audrey is described by one of her teachers as “someone who does not fit any specific mold, whose energy is contagious, and a leader.” She was a distinguished student, receiving the Presidential Award for Academic Excellence, the Bronze Academic award, and consistently placing on the honor roll at The Master’s Academy.
She’s also a distinguished leader, serving in the student government during all four years in high school, including as Secretary of her junior class and Vice President of her class of her senior class. She’s also a member of the National Honor Society, the Spanish National Honor Society, and Math honor society.
She was a high school actor and debater, excelling both on the varsity high school debate team, and in the Thespian Society as both an actor and production crew member.
She’s a three-sport star. After playing volleyball in grades 6 through 10, making the varsity team as a sophomore, she focused on swimming in grades 11 and 12, serving as captain of the varsity swim team both year, and qualifying for districts both years and regionals this year. She also played varsity lacrosse.
She performed hundreds of hours of community service. She participated in missionary trips to Costa Rica, Italy, and France, as well as volunteering at a soup kitchen, after school programs, and as a camp counselor.
At Florida, she plans to study at the College of Journalism and Communications, to pursue a career in journalism.
