To overcome these barriers without creating administrative bottlenecks, we are building a new platform to track church growth and see how new churches multiply. This project is currently code-named Finch (though we will announce its official public name soon!).

Empowering Local Leaders: In the past, our national staff carried the heavy burden of entering all field data. Now, our staff can register an initial church plant and then generate a simple, frictionless web link. This allows local pastors with smartphones to directly log the vital signs of their church community, report baptisms, and register new churches they help start, all without needing complicated accounts.

Helping in Remote Areas: Many grassroots church planters in developing regions do not own smartphones or operate in disconnected environments. This tool solves this by allowing our field staff to act as data-entry helpers. Staff can collect verbal or paper reports and enter the information into the system on behalf of the local planters, ensuring the frontline workers receive proper credit and support for the churches they plant.

From Administrators to Coaches: By eliminating data-entry friction, our staff can shift from data managers to their true calling: mentors, trainers, and coaches. They can now review visual maps showing how churches are reproducing across their districts, so they can focus on identifying unreached areas and directing future efforts.
