We are traveling together to Moldova for most of May. This will continue the leadership development of 22 Cru staff members from 14 countries. We are mentoring these indigenous leaders to expand their impact to a global level.
It has been a while since we have traveled together to work on the same project. This trip is actually close to our first assignment to Russia as a married couple 30+ years ago. Although we have forgotten almost all of our Russian language, we hope it will remind us of how God directed our lives during that time…and since.
This leadership development program, which earns our staff members a Master’s in Transformational Leadership, is expanding in its scope and impact. We will be adding a PhD program later this year, plus we have already added locations in the Middle East, South Asia, South East Africa, Francophone Africa and East Asia.
