Thirty-three leaders representing 22 countries from the continent of Africa and the Middle East gathered for 3 days for training and planning. The time was spent identifying important topics and issues, then working in small groups and sharing from their leadership experiences, peer learning, best practices and group decisions.
The leaders are in charge of the church planting in each of their countries or regions. Their trust in God and their tireless efforts to see people gathered into communities of faith is inspiring.
God knew the power of multiplication. His very first command to mankind is to, “Be fruitful and multiply” (Gen. 1:28). God knew that it would be possible to fill the earth if there was multiplication. As we work together with many like-minded churches and mission agencies to be a catalyst for planting five million additional healthy churches and missional communities, it is very important for us to understand and apply factors that are critical for multiplication.
