Amy and I have just returned from the Leadership Training we conducted in Moldova. It was a wonderful reminder of the importance of developing a new generation of missionaries.
As I stated last month, Moldova was a cultural reminder of our first international assignment in Russia back in 1992. We were young and inexperienced, but were given great responsibilities to help launch a ministry that continues to this day. This trip allowed us to work together again and prepare a group of our indigenous staff from 12 countries to expand their leadership to a global level.
This was the last gathering of this group, which I have been assisting for just over two years. They expressed their appreciation for the program in many kind words.
Thank you for joining us in raising up laborers for the harvest.
